8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

- Cancellation: Orders that have not shipped may be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- 14-Day Return/Refund Request Period: Return and refund requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
- Contact Required: Customers must contact us first for return/refund assistance. We will review the request and provide the correct return address and return instructions after approval.
- Do Not Return Without Approval: Returns sent without prior approval or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
- Product Condition: Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
- Customer-Paid Return Costs: For non-quality issues or returns not caused by our responsibility, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and related return costs.
- Quality Issues: If the return is due to a product quality issue or an error caused by us, please contact us with photos, order details, and a clear description so we can review the case.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after approval and inspection if required. The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Address Notice: Please do not send items back to the sender address on the package. Contact us at support@kylivo.com first, and we will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.
9. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
- If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it quickly.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. Where appropriate, we may provide order records, payment records, tracking information, delivery records, and customer correspondence to payment processors or relevant parties to respond to disputes.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith disputes may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, or refusal of future service where permitted by law.
